Kylie’s passion is Family Law. Her expertise in this complex area underscores her a deep understanding of the difficulties the breakdown of the family relationship has on all family members. Kylie offers a listening ear, a meticulous understanding of the law, interwoven with a practical, client centric approach, focused on enabling clients to reach a resolution that works for them. Her aim is to provide clients a pathway forward, away from the disintegration of the family unit they once knew, to the integration of a new life.
Kylie is an experienced and confident advocate in Family Law matters. Kylie is passionate about protecting families from Domestic Violence and understands the impact this violence has on the survivor. Kylie has experience in multiple jurisdictions across Australia which gives her advantage when dealing with matters that involve parties from across Australia in relation to both property and children issues. As a former school teacher Kylie brings other real-world experience to her role as a lawyer. Kylie understands the complexity of family dynamics and how that impacts the overall health and wellbeing of our community. Drawing on her career as a teacher and lawyer, Kylie has significant experience in deftly and delicately balancing the rights and responsibilities of family members experiencing difficult transitional times. This informs her exceptional skills in dispute resolution. Having worked for government, Kylie is intimately acquainted with bureaucracy but more importantly it provides her great skill in navigating the intricacies of the Family Law System.

Kylie’s compassion for those going through a difficult time is not confined to her professional career. While successfully navigating her way through a number of university degrees with flying colours, Kylie understands success comes with dedication and commitment and at times it can be difficult. Despite this Kylie found time through her law degree to assist fellow students, volunteering her time as a Student Mentor. Kylie continues her work in this area.
