ABOUT MARK JACKWAY

Mark is a law student finalising a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Bachelor of Business with an Award Major in Management.

As a past small business owner, Mark brings a wealth of commercial experience to his practice. By combining his in-depth business understanding with his broad array of education, Mark has acquired ranging abilities which surpass many practitioners.  He brings his business mind to the office and understands the reality of life in business of our clients and the pressures they face. Mark is well equipped to identify issues facing clients and assisting to effectively resolve problems for clients. 

Mark also has a passion for Family Law and a keen interest in Wills and Estates. Mark enjoys working with people and looks forward to assisting clients to achieve a good outcome to their family law issues and estate planning.  

Mark has intrenched himself in the City of Gold Coast’s professional community and enjoys working with other local professionals and supporting local business. Mark brings professional attitude to the firm and a willingness to serve others. To further serve the community, Mark has volunteered at legal institutions and is an avid animal activist. When he finishes his studies, Mark plans to continue to develop his online platform to further the rights of animals.

To achieve lifestyle balance, Mark maintains a healthy and productive lifestyle. From a young age he has been active in Martial Arts, surfing, and hiking. He is an active photographer and enjoys reading non-fiction thrillers which leave goosebumps on your skin. Most importantly, Mark is a family man. He is the Father to his gorgeous daughter, who is his absolute world.
