BPOINT now available

Robbins Watson have added the BPOINT® system to our list of available payment options - providing additional flexibility to persons needing to get funds to us.

BPOINT is a secure (encrypted) online system provided by the Commonwealth Bank. The payments are handled by the bank in a similar way to the now familiar BPAY system.

What is unique about the BPOINT system is that it does not require you to have online banking access, and works with only a web-browser, and a credit card.

All funds paid to us by BPOINT are allocated to the account of the payer by the unique customer reference number entered at that time.  You will find this number at the bottom of our accounts, or you may telephone us for the number. The number remains the same throughout your matter, so it can be re-used for the duration of your matter.

You can use the BPOINT system confidently, as all payments made using the system are processed via an encrypted channel, and processed for us by the Commonwealth Bank.

BPOINT is suitable for payments of accounts we have issued, or to pay funds on account of future expenditure. Any payment you make will be credited to your account, and any excess paid refunded to you at the completion of your matter.

Please note that there is a $20,000 maximum limit on the payment that you can make using this system, and payment must be by credit card. If you need to make larger payments, or from other accounts, then we recommend you use the BPAY system.

To make a payment to us using the BPOINT system,  just click here!

BPOINT ® Registered to Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124
