Challenging Wills - Seminar

On 6 March, 2012, at the invitation of Legalwise, partner and Accredited Specialist in Succession Law, Christine Smyth presented a paper on the ethical issues associated with challenging wills.  

The paper analysed the complex issues involved in disputed wills, and it gave guidance to members of the profession as to those matters to which lawyers must have regard when their clients are involved in such disputes.
