	Andrew Smyth Managing Partner Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1992 and is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Andrew is a Justice of the Peace and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. read more Andrew is the Managing Partner of the firm, and the partner in charge of the litigation section of the firm. Andrew has practiced extensively in all areas of family law.
	Rebecca Gee Senior Solicitor - Family Law LL.B (Hons)(England) Raised in Sydney and on the Gold Coast, Rebecca completed her academic and legal training in England. In 1999 she was awarded her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honours, and in 2004 was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. read more Rebecca is able to advise and assist clients with all family law matters including divorce proceedings, property settlements, de-facto disputes and settlements, residence, contact, recovery of children and child maintenance. Rebecca has a particular interest in protection from Domestic Violence and is able to advise on appropriate Orders and protective measures available. 	Andrew Lander Senior Solicitor - Family Law LL.B (UQ) B.SW (Hons)(JCU) Andrew was raised in South Africa and immigrated to Australia with his family in the early nineties.
